PRESENTATION:

This session will focus on how Tribes can best influence federal land management decisions made by agencies including the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), National Park Service (NPS), and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) in Alaska that are subject to the NEPA process, with an emphasis on how to most effectively use the mandated commenting process required by NEPA.
