PRESENTATION:

Join us for an informative session hosted by the Division of Energy and Mineral Development’s (DEMD) Branch of Solid Minerals, where we will explore how Alaska Native Villages and Alaska Native Corporations can partner with us through grants and technical assistance to harness solid mineral resources. This panel will provide an overview of mineral and aggregate projects in Alaska Native communities, highlighting current trends, available resources, success stories and ongoing mineral development initiatives in Alaska. Participants will gain valuable knowledge about the opportunities and challenges associated with mineral development in Alaska and learn how to leverage federal assistance effectively.
