PRESENTATION:

This session will discuss a 4-day training created for NPS Interpreters in the Alaska Region, regarding work with Alaska Native communities, knowledges, and cultures when interpreting lands, waters, and wildlife in Alaska’s national parks. To include a focus on interpretive media and transforming its interpretation in the Alaska region to emphasize Alaska Native perspectives and knowledge.
